FS5106R Analog Continuous-Rotation Servo With 6 kgcm Torque, POM Gears and Coreless Motor

The FS5106R is an analog continuous-rotation servo motor designed for robotics, mobile platforms, RC projects, automation prototypes, and other applications requiring bidirectional rotary motion rather than fixed-angle positioning. At 6V, the servo delivers up to 6 kg.cm peak stall torque, providing useful drive capability for wheels, mechanisms, and compact robotic systems. Unlike a standard positional servo, the FS5106R rotates continuously in either direction, with the control pulse determining rotation direction and speed.

The servo uses a coreless motor, POM gear train, ball-bearing-supported output shaft, and PA plus fibre housing for reliable mechanical operation. At 6V, the manufacturer specifies a no-load speed equivalent to 0.105 sec/60deg and a stall current of 1.1A. Its standard PWM-style servo control allows straightforward connection to microcontrollers, RC receivers, and servo controllers without requiring a separate motor driver for normal operation.

Key Features

  • Continuous-Rotation Operation: Provides unrestricted 360deg continuous rotary motion instead of fixed-angle positioning.
  • 6 kg.cm Stall Torque: Delivers up to 6 kg.cm peak stall torque at 6V for compatible robotics and drive applications.
  • Analog Servo Control: Uses an analog comparator and pulse-width command signal for speed and direction control.
  • Bidirectional Rotation: Supports clockwise and counterclockwise rotation around the neutral stop position.
  • Coreless Motor: Provides responsive operation and efficient mechanical performance.
  • POM Gear Train: Uses durable engineering-plastic gears for reliable torque transmission.
  • Ball-Bearing Output: Ball bearings help reduce friction and support smooth output-shaft rotation.
  • Wide Voltage Range: Supports an operating voltage range from 4V to 8.4V.
  • 1500 us Stop Position: Neutral command is centred around 1500 us for stopping the output shaft.
  • 1200-1800 us Pulse Range: Supports speed and direction control across the specified pulse-width range.
  • 25T Output Spline: Uses a 25-tooth output spline for compatible servo horns and mechanical attachments.
  • PA Plus Fibre Housing: Provides a lightweight and mechanically durable enclosure.
  • 30 cm Connection Cable: Includes an integrated cable for convenient connection to control electronics.
  • Compact Standard Size: Suitable for mobile robots, RC platforms, educational systems, and automation mechanisms.
