Description

The embedded serial-to-Ethernet module, also known as a gateway, is built on the powerful ESP32 series. This module combines the capabilities of the ESP32 with an optimized TCP/IP protocol stack, allowing users to easily incorporate networking functionality into their embedded devices while minimizing development time and costs.

The ESP32 series of integrated circuits (ICs) serve as system-on-chips (SOCs) and offer a comprehensive range of features. They integrate 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dual-mode capabilities, boasting exceptional performance, stability, versatility, reliability, and remarkably low power consumption.

This module provides a wide array of robust functionalities. It supports four operational modes: TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, and UDP Client. Additionally, it offers four data ports—serial port, WiFi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth—for flexible combinations, as well as six data transparent transmission modes. With WiFi connectivity, the module can link to the internet or local area networks via a router, establish TCP/UDP connections, and access user-designated servers. Moreover, it enables users to undertake secondary development based on the ESP32 platform.

The applications of this embedded serial-to-Ethernet module are diverse, spanning fields such as agriculture, industry, and medical equipment. It serves as an ideal solution for transmitting data in IoT scenarios, including the monitoring of smart agricultural sensors.

With this module, it becomes possible to collect and transmit data from various sensors, such as air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and humidity, soil pH value, and carbon dioxide concentration, directly to a server.

Equipped with abundant IO ports, the module supports temperature acquisition and mutual control of ventilation and heating equipment, empowering users to implement sophisticated functionality.

Please note that this product is designed to operate within the temperature range of -20C to +70C.
