The DRV5023FIEDBZRQ1 Automotive Digital Unipolar Hall Effect Sensor is a high-reliability magnetic switch designed for automotive position sensing, proximity detection, and magnetic field monitoring applications. Built using chopper-stabilized Hall-effect technology, the sensor delivers exceptional sensitivity and stability across temperature variations, ensuring consistent and accurate magnetic switching performance in demanding automotive environments. The unipolar switching function activates when the magnetic field exceeds the operating threshold and releases when the field falls below the release threshold, making it ideal for precise position detection systems.
Qualified for automotive applications, the DRV5023FIEDBZRQ1 operates from a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 38 V and features an open-drain output capable of sinking up to 30 mA. Integrated protection mechanisms, including reverse polarity protection, load dump protection, short-circuit protection, and overcurrent protection, provide robust operation in harsh vehicle electrical systems. The compact SOT-23-3 package enables easy integration into automotive control modules, sensor assemblies, and electronic systems where reliability and durability are essential.
