The DRV5023BIQLPGM Digital Unipolar Hall Effect Sensor is a high-reliability magnetic switch designed for industrial position sensing, proximity detection, and magnetic field monitoring applications. Built with chopper-stabilized Hall-effect technology, the sensor provides excellent sensitivity and stability across temperature variations, ensuring accurate and repeatable magnetic switching performance. The unipolar switching function activates when a magnetic field exceeds the operating threshold and deactivates when the field drops below the release threshold, making it suitable for precise magnetic position detection systems.

Operating from a wide supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 38 V, the DRV5023BIQLPGM can be used directly with industrial power systems without requiring an external voltage regulator. The open-drain output supports up to 30 mA sink current, enabling simple interfacing with controllers, PLCs, and embedded systems. Integrated protection features, including reverse polarity protection, load dump protection, short-circuit protection, and output current limiting, ensure robust performance in demanding industrial environments.
