Description
The DMP21 is a P-channel MOSFET manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It operates with a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 20V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 590mA at 25C. This MOSFET employs metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) technology. It can be driven with a voltage as low as 1.8V for maximum Rds On, and it has a minimum Rds On of 495mOhm at 400mA and 4.5V gate-source voltage (Vgs).
The gate threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) is 700mV at 250µA (typical). It exhibits a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 1.54 nC at a gate-source voltage (Vgs) of 8V. The maximum Vgs is +-8V. At a drain-source voltage (Vds) of 10V, the maximum input capacitance (Ciss) is 80 pF. The DMP21 is designed for surface-mounting and comes in an SOT-523 package. It falls within the operating temperature range of -55C to 150C (TJ).
