Description
The BL9161G-33BARN is an ultra-low noise voltage regulator with ultra-fast response in line/load transients. It features a standby current of 0.01A when in shutdown mode. The regulator has low dropout with a value of 205mV at 300mA and operates over a wide voltage range from 2.2V to 6V. It has a low temperature coefficient, current limiting protection, and thermal shutdown protection for added safety. Only one output capacitor is required for stability. The regulator has a high power supply rejection ratio and fast output discharge. It is available in SOT23-5, SOT23-3, SC70-5, and DFN1×1-4L packages.
