The AH3564Q-SA-7 Digital Switch Omnipolar Open Drain Hall Effect Magnetic Sensor is an automotive-qualified magnetic sensing IC designed for reliable position and proximity detection in demanding automotive and industrial applications. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, this high-sensitivity Hall effect sensor detects both north and south magnetic poles and provides a digital open-drain output for robust contactless switching. Its wide operating voltage range and enhanced protection features make it suitable for automotive electronics, smart actuators, and industrial embedded systems.

Built with chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal temperature-compensated bandgap regulator, the AH3564Q-SA-7 ensures stable magnetic switching performance across extreme operating conditions. The sensor supports operation from 3.0 V to 28 V and delivers reliable performance over temperatures from -40 degrees C to +150 degrees C. Integrated reverse blocking protection, overcurrent limiting, Zener clamps, and high ESD immunity improve system reliability in electrically noisy and harsh automotive environments.
