Adafruit Power Relay FeatherWing – High-Power Switching Add-On for Feather Boards

The Adafruit Power Relay FeatherWing adds high-current switching capability to any Feather board, allowing you to safely control AC or DC appliances such as lamps, fans, solenoids, and small machines directly from your Feather project. Unlike smaller relay FeatherWings, this module can handle up to 1200W of power, making it suitable for higher-load applications. This FeatherWing features a non-latching relay capable of switching up to 10A at 120VAC or 5A at 240VAC for resistive loads (with reduced capacity for inductive loads). It is fully assembled and tested, with headers included for easy attachment to Feather boards using stacking or female headers. A simple solder jumper on the underside allows you to select your preferred GPIO control pin, providing flexibility for different Feather boards and applications. Whether you are building a home automation system, robotics project, or smart appliance controller, this FeatherWing makes integrating high-power switching safe and straightforward.
