7Semi Industrial RS485 Temperature and Humidity Sensor Probe with Modbus RTU Output and DIP Switch Configuration
The 7Semi Industrial RS485 Temperature and Humidity Sensor Probe is an industrial-grade sensing device designed for precise, long-term monitoring in demanding environments. Built on the Modbus RTU protocol over RS485, it delivers highly accurate temperature readings from -40 deg C to +80 deg C and relative humidity readings from 0% to 100% RH, making it a reliable choice for HVAC systems, building automation, cleanrooms, cold-chain monitoring, and industrial process control. The probe is encased in a durable plastic housing with a breathable, dust-proof sintered metal filter that protects the sensing element while maintaining accurate atmospheric contact.

This version includes a 2-metre cable and supports a wide input voltage range of 9V to 36V DC, providing compatibility across a broad range of industrial power supplies. A built-in DIP switch allows on-site configuration of the Modbus device address and baud rate without any software tools, making deployment and re-addressing straightforward. The 4-wire RS485 interface (VCC, GND, RS485 A+, RS485 B-) is fully compatible with SCADA platforms, PLCs, HMIs, Arduino, and other MCU-based systems. Onboard signal processing ensures stable, conditioned output ready for direct integration.
