The 400A Power Distribution Board is designed for heavy-lift drones, UAV platforms, and high-power electronic systems requiring stable and organised power distribution. Its 4-layer PCB construction and large-area 2 oz copper planes support a continuous distributed load of up to 400 A while helping minimise resistive losses and voltage drop. The board accepts 14-60 V input and supports battery systems up to 14S for high-voltage propulsion applications.
The PDB provides 8 high-current ESC solder outputs rated up to 60 A each, making it suitable for multi-motor UAV configurations. Integrated Hall-effect current sensing enables real-time power monitoring, while MOSFET-based soft power switching provides controlled system power-up and shutdown. Regulated 5 V 4 A and 12 V 4 A BEC outputs supply auxiliary electronics, and dedicated JST connections support an external power switch and flight-controller power output.
