The M0518 series is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 based microcontroller running up to 50 MHz. The M0518 series features 68 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, and 4 KB ISP ROM, operating voltage from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and temperature range from -40C to 105C.
