This B72520T0300K062 - 30V 200A 500pF 1206 Chip Varistor MLCV Ceramic Multilayer Varistor is from TDK designed for commercial applications. The Varistors are voltage dependent nonlinear resistive elements with a resistance that decreases rapidly when the voltage is over the constant value. Varistors become zener diode of 2 serial connection and equivalent, and does not have polarity.
