The 2804 three phase brushless DC motor is a compact high performance solution engineered for advanced motion control systems requiring high speed smooth torque and precise position feedback. Operating at a rated twelve volt supply this motor delivers up to two thousand six hundred RPM while maintaining a stable three hundred gram centimetre torque output in an ultra compact aluminium housing.
This motor integrates a high resolution AS5600 magnetic encoder that provides twelve bit absolute position feedback with approximately zero point zero eight seven degree accuracy. Designed specifically for Field Oriented Control applications it enables exceptionally smooth quiet and efficient motor operation. Compact and Robust Construction
The motor has an exterior diameter of 34.5mm and a height of 19.5mm, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The enclosure is CNC-machined from aluminum with a black anodized finish to provide structural integrity and good passive heat dissipation. The design includes an outer rotor with NdFeB strong magnets and a hollow shaft, which allows for wire routing and the integration of additional components along the motor's axis.
