This 12V micro air/vacuum diaphragm pump moves air without oil, so the gas stays clean and free of contamination. The pump body is compact at 60.4 x 32 x 55 mm and weighs 148 g. It delivers a maximum flow of 4.6 L/min (float flow meter) and 3 L/min (electronic flow meter), while drawing a maximum of 5 W. Its positive pressure reaches 1 to 1.5 bar and its negative pressure reaches -70 kPa, so a single model covers both pressure and vacuum duty.

The pump is driven by a high-end DC brushless motor with a rated lifetime of 10000 hours. An imported ball-bearing design, a professionally designed seal and imported EPDM rubber help keep the gas flow stable and the leakage rate low. PTFE diaphragm and FKM valve options are available as customised versions for gases that need higher chemical resistance. The model is BD-05TVB-S, and it is well-suited to compact gas-sampling and low-power fluid-handling equipment.
