Description
This is a 1.9-inch LCD display module that features a resolution of 170×320, IPS technology, and 262K colors. It uses the SPI interface and includes the embedded ST7789V2 driver chip. This LCD module is compatible with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, STM32, and other devices, and comes with examples for each.
The built-in driver chip for this LCD module is the ST7789V2, which is a controller for 240 x RGB x 320 LCDs. The resolution for this LCD module is 170 (H) RGB x 320 (V), and its internal RAM is not fully utilized, allowing for initialization as a portrait or horizontal screen.
This LCD module supports input RGB formats of 12 bits, 16 bits, and 18 bits, which are RGB444, RGB565, and RGB666, respectively. The demo used for this LCD module is RGB565.
Because this LCD module uses 4-wire SPI, it communicates faster and requires fewer GPIO headers.
