The IR26-61C/L302/TR8 is a 1.2 mm round subminiature side-looking infrared LED from Everlight, developed for ultra-compact PCB layouts where horizontal infrared emission is required. Using GaAlAs chip technology and a water-clear plastic package with a spherical lens, this device delivers stable infrared output with excellent spectral matching to silicon photodiodes and phototransistors.

With a peak wavelength centred at 940 nm and a narrow 20° viewing angle, this side-emitting IR LED is suitable for precision sensing and infrared systems with limited vertical space.
