The W25Q128JVSIM from Winbond Electronics is a high-performance 128Mbit (16MByte) Serial NOR Flash memory IC, designed for advanced embedded, industrial, and consumer systems requiring fast, non-volatile data storage. Operating on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply, this device offers exceptional flexibility, density, and speed.
