Description

The TS12A12511 is a bidirectional, single-channel, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch capable of passing signals ranging from 0 to 12 V or -6 V to 6 V. When turned on, this switch conducts equally well in both ways. The device has a low ON-state resistance of 5 Ω (typical), which matches within 1 Ω between channels. The highest current consumption is less than 1 µA, and the -3 dB bandwidth is more than 93 MHz. The TS12A12511 features break-before-make switching, which prevents brief shorting when switching channels. This device is available in three different packages: 8-lead VSSOP, 8-lead SOT-23, and 8-pin WSON.
