The TPS61022RWUR from Texas Instruments is a high-current, high-efficiency synchronous boost converter capable of supplying up to 8A switch current and delivering 5V output from input voltages as low as 0.5V. With integrated 11mΩ/13mΩ MOSFETs and peak-current-mode control, it achieves up to 95% efficiency, making it ideal for high-performance battery-powered applications.

This converter supports wide input voltage operation (0.5V–5.5V) and output voltage up to 5.5V, enabling flexible system design.
