The TPS563210ADDFR from Texas Instruments is a high-efficiency synchronous buck converter designed to deliver up to 3A continuous output current from a 4.5V to 17V input voltage range. Optimised for compact power supplies, it integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs, supports adjustable output voltage from 0.76V to 7V, and features fast transient response with minimal external components.

Operating at a fixed 1.4 MHz switching frequency, the device enables small inductor and capacitor sizes while maintaining excellent load regulation. It incorporates internal loop compensation, soft-start, frequency foldback, and comprehensive protection features, making it ideal for point-of-load (POL) regulation in industrial, communication, and embedded systems.
