Description

The TMUX1108 is a precision CMOS multiplexer (MUX). The TMUX1108 has a single channel in an 8:1 configuration. With a working voltage range of 1.08V to 5.5V, this device is ideal for a wide range of applications, including medical equipment and industrial systems. The device accepts bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins, which range from GND to VDD. All logic inputs have 1.8V logic compatible thresholds, enabling for TTL and CMOS logic compatibility within the legal supply voltage range. Fail-Safe Logic circuitry permits voltages on the control pins to be applied before the supply pin, preventing the device from being damaged. TMUX1108 is a member of the precision switches and multiplexers family of devices. These devices have very low on and off leakage currents, as well as low charge injection, making them suitable for high-precision measurement applications. The low supply current of 8nA and tiny packaging options allow for usage in portable applications.
