The TL7705ACDR is a reliable single-supply voltage supervisor designed to monitor power supply levels and provide reset control in microprocessor and microcontroller systems. Developed by Texas Instruments, this device detects undervoltage conditions and ensures proper system initialization during power-up and stable operation during normal functioning.

The device continuously monitors the supply voltage through the SENSE input. During power-up, the RESET output becomes active when the supply voltage approaches approximately 3.6 V, initiating a built-in delay timer that ensures the system stabilises before releasing the reset signal. If the supply voltage drops below the threshold during operation, the TL7705ACDR automatically asserts the reset outputs to protect the system from malfunction.
