Description

The TFP410 is a Texas Instruments PanelBus™ flat-panel display, part of a comprehensive series of end-to-end DVI 1.0-compliant solutions for the PC and consumer electronics sector. The TFP410 device features a universal interface that allows for glueless connection to the majority of commercially available graphics controllers. This global interface has several advantages, including customizable bus widths, changeable signal levels, and differential and single-ended clocking. The tunable 1.1V to 1.8V digital interface creates a low-EMI, high-speed bus that works smoothly with 12-bit or 24-bit interfaces. The DVI interface can handle flat-panel display resolutions up to UXGA at 165MHz in 24-bit full color pixel format. The TFP410 device integrates PanelBus circuit innovation, TI's advanced 0.18µm EPIC-5 CMOS process technology, and the ultra-low ground inductance PowerPAD container. The end product is a tiny 64-pin TQFP package that provides a dependable, low-current, low-noise, high-speed digital interface.
