Description

The STM8S903K3/F3 access line 8-bit microcontrollers have 8 Kbyte Flash program memory and an inbuilt true data EEPROM. The STM8S microcontroller family reference manual (RM0016) describes devices in this family as low-density. They offer the following advantages: performance, robustness, and lower system costs.

Advanced core and peripherals created using cutting-edge technology, a 16 MHz clock frequency, robust I/Os, independent watchdogs with distinct clock sources, and a clock security system all contribute to the device's performance and reliability.

The system cost is decreased due to an integrated real data EEPROM with up to 300,000 write/erase cycles and a high level of system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brownout reset.
