Description

The main STM32G030x6/x8 microcontrollers are based on the high-performance Arm Cortex-M0 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 64 MHz. They offer high integration, are suitable for a wide range of applications in the consumer, industrial and appliance sectors and are ready for internet of things (IoT) solutions.

The devices have a memory protection unit (MPU), fast built-in memories (8 KB SRAM memory and up to 64 KB flash memory with read protection, write protection), DMA, a wide range of system functions, advanced I/OS and peripherals. The devices have a standard communication interface (two I2C, two SPI / one I2S and two USART), one 12-bit ADC (2.5 MSps) with up to 19 channels, a low-power RTC, a PWM timer with advanced control, four general-purpose 16- bit timers, two watchdog timer and a SysTick timer.

The devices operate at an ambient temperature of -40 to 85 C and a supply voltage of 2.0 V to 3.6 V.
