The SST26VF032B-104I/SM is a 32Mbit (4Mx8) Serial Quad I/O (SQI) Flash Memory IC that delivers high-speed performance, low power consumption, and exceptional reliability for industrial and embedded applications. Utilizing a 4-bit multiplexed I/O serial interface, it supports both SQI and SPI protocols, ensuring command-set compatibility with standard serial flash devices. Operating at up to 104 MHz, it provides minimal latency and enables execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, eliminating the need for code shadowing on SRAM. Manufactured with SST’s proprietary CMOS SuperFlash technology, this device achieves faster erase/write times, reduced power consumption, and enhanced endurance—making it ideal for use in network equipment, computing systems, automotive electronics, and consumer devices.
