Description

This dual Schmitt-Trigger buffer is rated for 1.65- to 5.5-volt VCC operation. The SN74LVC2G17 device has two buffers and executes the Boolean operation Y = A. The device acts as two separate buffers, but due to Schmitt action, it may have differing input threshold values for positive (VT+) and negative (VT-) signals. NanoFree™ package technology transforms IC packaging by employing the die as a package. This device is completely specified for partial-power-down applications that use Ioff. When the device is turned off, the Ioff circuitry disables the outputs to prevent dangerous current backflow.
