Description

The operating voltage range of this dual Schmitt-Trigger buffer is 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC. The SN74LVC2G17 device executes the Boolean function Y = A and has two buffers. Although the device works as two separate buffers, Schmitt action may cause the input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals to diverge.
Using the die as the package, NanoFreeTM package technology represents a significant advancement in IC packaging approaches. This device has all the specifications needed for Ioff-based partial power-down applications. When the device is shut off, the Ioff circuitry turns off the outputs, preventing harmful current from flowing backward through the device.
