Description

This dual Schmitt-Trigger buffer is intended for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation. The SN74LVC2G17 gadget has two buffers and performs the Boolean operation Y =A. The device acts as two independent buffers, but due to Schmitt action, it may have differing input threshold values for positive (VT+) and negative (VT-) signals. The NanoFree™ package technology transforms IC packaging by employing the die as a package. This device is completely specified for Ioff-enabled partial power-down applications. When the device is turned off, the Ioff circuitry shuts the outputs to prevent damaging current backflow via it.
