Description

The SN74LVC2G125 is a dual-bus buffer gate with a VCC operating voltage range of 1.65 to 5.5. This gadget includes dual line drivers with three-state outputs. When the output-enable (OE) input is set to high, the outputs are deactivated. NanoFree™ package technology transforms IC packaging by employing the die as a package.
To maintain the high impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be connected to VCC via a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is specified by the driver's current-sinking capabilities. This device is completely specified for partial-power-down applications that use Ioff. When the device is turned off, the Ioff circuitry disables the outputs to prevent dangerous current backflow.
