Description

The SN74LVC1G97 gadget offers adjustable functionality. The output state is defined by eight 3-bit input patterns. The user can select logic functions including MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and noninverter. Each input can be connected to either VCC or GND. The programmable multiple-function gate operates between 1.65-V and 5.5-V VCC. This device is an independent gate, but due to Schmitt action, it may have differing input threshold values for positive (VT+) and negative (VT-) signals. NanoFree package technique utilizes the die as the package, representing a significant advancement in integrated circuit packaging. This device is completely specified for partial power-down applications with Ioff. The Ioff circuitry stops outputs to prevent dangerous current backflow when the device is switched off.
