Description

This single buffer/driver is rated for 1.65- to 5.5-volt VCC operation. The SN74LVC1G240 is a single line driver with a three-state output. When the output-enable (OE) input is set to high, the output is turned off. NanoFree™ package technology transforms IC packaging by employing the die as a package. To maintain the high impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be connected to VCC via a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is specified by the driver's current-sinking capabilities. This device is completely specified for partial-power-down applications that use Ioff. When the device is turned off, the Ioff circuitry disables the outputs to prevent dangerous current backflow.
