Description

The SN74LVC126A quadruple bus buffer gate is designed to operate at 1.65V to 3.6V VCC. The SN74LVC126A gadget includes separate line drivers with three-state outputs. When the related output-enable (OE) input is low, all outputs are turned off. To maintain the high impedance state during power up or power down, OE must be connected to GND via a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is specified by the driver's current-sourcing capacity. Inputs can be powered by either 3.3V or 5V devices. This capability enables the device to function as a translator in a mixed 3.3V/5V system environment.
