Description

This triple bus buffer gate is designed to operate at 1.65V to 3.6V VCC. The SN74LVC125A gadget includes independent line drivers with three-state outputs. When the accompanying output-enable (OE) input is set to high, the output is disabled. To maintain the high impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be connected to VCC via a pullup resistor; the minimum resistor value is specified by the driver's current-sinking capabilities. The inputs can be powered by either 3.3V or 5V devices. This functionality enables the device to function as a translator in a mixed 3.3V/5V system.
