The SN74LS00N is a quadruple 2-input NAND gate IC that implements the Boolean function Y = ¬(A × B) using positive logic. Built with Low Power Schottky (LS) TTL technology, this device provides high-speed operation, low power dissipation, and TTL-compatible inputs and outputs. Each of the four independent gates in the IC performs a standard NAND logic operation, making the SN74LS00N a fundamental building block for a wide variety of digital systems. The 14-pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) design is ideal for breadboarding, prototyping, and through-hole PCB assembly, commonly used in educational, industrial, and embedded designs. The SNx4xx00 devices include four independent 2-input NAND gates. The gadgets use positive logic by performing the Boolean function Y = A.B or Y = A + B.
