Description

The SN74CBTLV1G125 includes a single high-speed line switch. When the output-enable (OE) input is set to high, the switch is disabled. This device is completely specified for partial-power-down applications that use Ioff. When the gadget is turned off, the Ioff feature prevents dangerous electricity from flowing back through it. The device is isolated while powered off. To maintain the high impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be connected to VCC via a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is specified by the driver's current-sinking capabilities.
