Description

The AUP family is TI's leading solution for the industry's low-power requirements in battery-powered portable applications. This series ensures very low static and dynamic power consumption throughout the VCC range of 0.8 V to 3.6 V, resulting in longer battery life. This device also provides good signal integrity. The SN74AUP1G97 allows you to configure a variety of functionalities. The output state is defined by eight 3-bit input patterns. The user can select the following logic functions: MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and noninverter. All inputs can be connected to either VCC or GND. The device operates as an independent gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs, allowing for slower input transitions and improved switching noise immunity at the input. The NanoStar™ package technique revolutionizes IC packaging by utilizing the die as a package. This device is completely specified for partial-power-down applications that use Ioff. When the device is turned off, the Ioff circuitry disables the outputs to prevent dangerous current backflow.
