Description

The AHCT125 devices are quadruple bus buffer gates with independent line drivers and 3-state outputs. When the output-enable (OE) input is high, the corresponding output is deactivated. When OE is low, the gate transfers data from the A input to the Y output. To achieve a high impedance state during power up or power down, connect OE to VCC via a pullup resistor. The minimum resistor value depends on the driver's current-sinking capabilities.
