Industrial-Grade RS485 Smart Servo Motor with Brushless Drive and Full Rotation Control

The SM-2924-C012 serial bus servo motor is engineered for industrial automation, robotics, and logistics systems requiring stable torque, precise positioning, and long-term reliability. Supporting both 12 V and 24 V operation, this smart servo uses a high-efficiency brushless motor combined with a steel gearbox and a rugged all-aluminium alloy housing. A Feetech in-house developed RS485 control board and a 12-bit high-precision magnetic encoder enable accurate motion control and robust communication in multi-node industrial networks.

This RS485 servo motor delivers up to 20 kg.cm stall torque and supports 0–360-degree angle control as well as multi-turn continuous rotation mode. Intelligent features such as one-key midpoint setting, programmable acceleration with slow start and stop, and comprehensive real-time feedback enhance system safety and control accuracy. The servo can report position, speed, voltage, current, temperature, and load, enabling effective overload and over-current protection in demanding environments. With a 6T output shaft and industrial-grade construction, it is well suited for robots, conveyor systems, automated equipment, and smart motion platforms.
