Resources

RJ45 connectors, also known as Registered Jack 45, are commonly used in Ethernet networks to connect devices such as computers, routers, and switches. The connector has eight pins and is designed to work with twisted pair cables. RJ45 jacks, RJ45 female connectors, and RJ45 modular jacks all refer to the same type of connector, which is designed to be mounted on a panel or a printed circuit board. Ethernet RJ45 connectors and 8P8C RJ45 connectors are also the same type of connector, and they are designed for use with Ethernet cables. SMT RJ45 connectors are surface mount technology connectors, which are designed to be mounted directly onto a printed circuit board without the use of through-hole pins. These connectors are essential components in modern Ethernet networks, and they play a critical role in ensuring reliable data transmission between devices.
