RS485 UV Intensity Sensor for Accurate UVA & UVB Monitoring: Measures solar and artificial UV radiation in the 290–390nm range for scientific and environmental use.

The RS485 UV Sensor is intended to measure UV intensity and index values in the 290–390 nm wavelength range. Reliable and steady performance is ensured by using an industrial-grade CPU in conjunction with a photoelectric detector. Through expansion boards like the TTL to RS485 module, the sensor can be used with Arduino and other microcontroller platforms. It uses the Modbus-RTU 485 communication protocol and runs on a DC 5-30V broad voltage power supply. It is appropriate for laboratory research, agricultural growth monitoring, environmental monitoring, health protection, and solar systems due to its IP67-rated metal aluminum casing.

High Precision and Wide Measurement Range

The sensor measures UV intensity (0-15 mW/cm²) and UV index (0-15) with ±10%FS and a resolution of 0.01 mW/cm². Because it can detect UV wavelengths between 290 and 390 nm, it guarantees accurate monitoring for a range of applications, including environmental research and health protection.
