Operating over a supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, it offers rail-to-rail input and output, low input bias current of 0.2 pA, and an input offset voltage of 150 µV. Housed in an 8-SOIC package, it is suitable for low-voltage, single-supply applications.
