The nRF54L Series from Nordic Semiconductor—including nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05—is a next-generation family of ultra-low power, multiprotocol wireless SoCs designed to meet the performance, power efficiency, and integration needs of modern Bluetooth, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and 2.4 GHz proprietary IoT applications. Featuring a powerful 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, up to 1524 KB NVM, and 256 KB RAM, the nRF54L Series delivers scalable memory configurations across pin-compatible variants, streamlining system design for wearables, smart home devices, medical sensors, and industrial automation.
Each device also integrates a RISC-V coprocessor, enabling advanced offloading for sensor data, cryptographic functions, and protocol handling—reducing external component count and saving board space. Combined with Nordic’s low-leakage RAM technology and power-optimized multiprotocol radio, the series provides industry-leading battery life or allows for smaller batteries, ideal for miniaturized wireless systems.
