The nRF52833-QDAA-R is a powerful multiprotocol wireless system-on-chip designed for advanced IoT and industrial wireless applications. Developed by Nordic Semiconductor, this device integrates a high-performance 2.4 GHz RF transceiver with a 64 MHz ARM Cortex-M4 processor featuring a floating-point unit. It provides 512 KB Flash memory and 128 KB RAM, enabling developers to build complex wireless applications with enhanced performance and connectivity.

The device supports multiple wireless protocols including Bluetooth Low Energy, Thread, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4 GHz communication, along with Bluetooth Direction Finding capabilities. With extended operating temperature support from −40°C to 105°C, it is suitable for demanding commercial and industrial environments.
