Just attach a MyoWare 2.0 Shield, affix EMG sensor pads, link the sensor to a muscle group, and flex away!

The package boasts extra accessories: a convenient mini screwdriver for hassle-free shield removal, a USB A to C cable for recharging the 40mAh LiPo batteries or linking your microcontroller to a computer, a MyoWare 2.0 Reference Cable for sizeable muscle group connections, a sensor cable for distant muscle group connections, a 3.5mm TRS-to-TRS cable for effortless linkage of the MyoWare 2.0 ecosystem to an Arduino-compatible development board (compatible with Uno R3 footprint), and the RedBoard Plus for seamless integration.
