This 5V monocrystalline silicon solar panel is lightweight, portable, and high-performing. It comes in a PET package and features an integrated voltage regulator output, working indications, a USB type-A mother-port output, and plug-and-play functionality. Even on wet days, it can provide enough power in a variety of conditions to keep the system from shutting down.
When used with the DFRobot solar power management board, the energy from the solar panel will be especially efficient. For ease of use and transportation, the panels have copper clasps and open holes that allow them to be fastened directly to the bag. The design is incredibly tiny and light, weighing only 90g. Compared to a solar panel in a typical glass box, it is substantially lighter.
Make sure there is no shade covering the solar panel and that it faces the sun when you hang it.
