Built on advanced true EEPROM technology, the M24C02-DRMN3TP/K provides 256 bytes of byte-alterable memory organized in 16 pages of 16 bytes each. Its integrated Error Correction Code (ECC) logic enhances data integrity, ensuring reliable storage even under high-temperature and noisy conditions. Additionally, the device includes an identification page (16 bytes) that can be permanently locked, allowing secure storage of application-specific or device-specific data.
