The Industrial 8-Channel Modbus RTU DC 7~36V Input & Output Module is a high-reliability, isolated digital I/O module designed for industrial automation, monitoring, and control systems. Featuring 8 isolated digital inputs and 8 isolated digital outputs, this module communicates via an RS485 interface using the Modbus RTU protocol, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial controllers. Built with robust protection features such as power isolation, magnetic isolation, resettable fuses, and TVS surge suppression, the module ensures long-term stability and safety in harsh industrial environments. It supports both active and passive digital input modes, with bi-directional optocoupler isolation and an internal debouncing algorithm for reliable signal reading.

The digital outputs utilize Darlington transistors with optocoupler isolation and flyback diode protection, capable of sinking up to 500mA per channel. The module also includes a flash-on/flash-off function, enabling automatic pulse control via Modbus commands. With a DIN-rail mountable case, wide 7–36V DC input range, and cascading capability (up to 255 device addresses), it offers flexibility, scalability, and easy installation for industrial automation systems.
