Elevate Liquid Level Detection with Gravity Non-contact Capacitive Flexible Liquid Level Sensor
This state-of-the-art non-contact capacitive liquid level sensor features a flexible substrate and a sleek, lightweight design. Equipped with temperature-resistant and waterproof 3M adhesive tape on the back, it effortlessly adheres to any non-conductive container with a thickness of less than 5mm. The sensor outputs digital high/low levels, indicating a low signal when liquid is detected, and utilizes a 3-pin DuPont connector for versatile application.
The sensor operates by detecting the sensing capacitance of water. Initially, the sensor maintains a static capacitance. As the liquid level rises and approaches the sensor, the liquid’s parasitic capacitance is coupled with the static capacitance, increasing the sensor's total capacitance. This variation is then processed by a control IC, converting it into an electrical signal. When this signal surpasses a specific threshold, the sensor accurately determines that the liquid level has reached the sensing point.
