Description

The AHT20 is a reliable and cost-effective temperature and humidity sensor that features a high-quality MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor element. It has a standard I2C interface and can be used with a wide range of voltage supplies (between 2V and 5V). The sensor is able to operate consistently in harsh environments and has a temperature measurement range of -40C to 85C. Its simple peripheral circuit makes it suitable for various applications, including monitoring the temperature and humidity in home electronics and automobiles.
